role summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of SaaS ERP systems within a leading software company in the healthcare services industry. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high satisfaction levels among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resources using project management principles and best practices.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager, specifically with experience in implementing SaaS ERP systems.
  • Strong background in the software sector, preferably within healthcare services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Prince2 certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
