Business Systems Analyst – TechnologyOne

Candiate Profile: 

  • Over 20 years of hands-on experience working with Technology One ERP products, across multiple organisations and sectors.
  • Extensive involvement in module implementation, including Human Resourcing & Payroll (HRP), Recruitment, Performance Planning (PPLGS), Property & Rating (P&R), Asset Management (EAM), Finance, Supply Chain, and Contracts.
  • Delivered successful end-to-end ERP implementations, from discovery and scoping through to configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Implemented HRP module in 7 months and Recruitment module in 6 months at a local government organisation, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
  • Scoped and configured Property & Rating (P&R) including Properties, Billing, Debtors, Names, and Cash Receipting (ECR).
  • Strong experience with Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting, and integration with asset management.
  • Successfully configured and tested Supply Chain and Contracts modules, including supplier setup, pricing schedules, purchasing systems, and integration with service catalogues.
  • Skilled in process mapping using PROMAPP, documenting business processes, and creating guidelines to support adoption and compliance.
  • Highly proficient in reporting and automation, with 15+ years of XLone report writing experience and development of automated financial solutions.
  • Known for strong communication, governance, and training skills, having run UAT, training sessions, and post-implementation hypercare for multiple ERP projects.
  • A Salary expectation of $130,000 – $140,000 + Super.
  • 4 Weeks Notice Period.
