Before venturing into recruitment, I founded an import and distribution business, which I successfully led and sold in 2019. This entrepreneurial journey not only honed my business acumen but also immersed me deeply into the recruitment landscape, where I managed much of the hiring process myself.
My firsthand experience as a business owner underscored the critical importance of partnering with a proficient recruitment consultancy. This revelation inspired my pivot to the recruitment industry. Following the sale of my business, I spent three years with a leading firm in Perth, further enhancing my expertise in recruitment. During this period, I developed meaningful relationships with numerous clients and candidates, which have been instrumental in my success.
